We collect your Email Address, First Name, Last Name, Names of your City/ Village /Town, State, Country, Pin Code, Designation and Organization in most of our forms. This form data is used to communicate with you through emails. The basic flow in the funnel is subscriber --> member --> customer.
The members who opt-in become part of our social media groups on platforms such as WhatsApp, Facebook, LinkedIn, Slack and Discord. Here we communicate with them directly and organize ourselves into working groups, discussion groups, awareness groups, support groups and learning groups.
We work with third-party services that help us organize, interact with our mailing lists, collect payments, host events, courses and social groups, manufacture or products or parts of them, ship the products or offer after-sales support - and may collect additional cookies. Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with an online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Cancellations, Refunds and Returns
- We do not offer any refunds on downloadable digital items.
- An annual subscription can be cancelled and the refund will be calculated on a pro-rata basis. The refund amount will be issued within 7 working days and may reflect in the account in the next 7 days.
- In case of physical orders, we will accept returns and offer replacements if informed within 24 hours of receiving the product.
