Scott Buell - Founder: Scott created Drone Legends to support educators by tapping into one of the most rapidly evolving technological tools to date – drones!

After a successful 20+ year sales & marketing career in the corporate world, Scott found his true passion and mission in utilizing drone technology within the classroom. Upon becoming a certified drone operator, Scott visited countless classrooms and taught lessons to 5th graders on how to use drones to complete simple challenges.

The enthusiasm, motivation, and pure joy found on the students faces after these lessons set Scott on his new path of inquiry-based STEM for students of all ages, background, cultures and life experiences.

Scott's mission is to give every child, regardless of gender, background or circumstances an opportunity to thrive and to fulfill their unique potential, or what he calls their “Inner Legend”.
